Bozeman Area Bike Trails

Gallatin County offers an abundance of challenging biking trails as well as great road touring. Around the greater Bozeman area there are many trails to choose from. You will find two excellent trails at Headwaters State Park. Through the Gallatin Canyon, there are great National Forest Trails. There are also a number of wonderful trails around West Yellowstone, starting with the Rendezvous Trail System.

In Park County, you will find great Biking Trails all the way from Wilsall to the north, down to Gardiner at the south end of the county. Check out the trails around Livingston. For a spectacular road tour, bike from Livingston to Gardiner, through gorgeous Paradise Valley!

Around Sweet Grass County, you will find a great many excellent biking trails! Head north of Big Timber, into the Crazy Mountains area, or drop south down into the Boulder Valley area.

Come bike the spectacular Beartooth Highway! Designated a National Scenic Byway "All-American Road" in 2002, this roadway cuts through the Beartooth Corridor from Red Lodge to Cooke City. You will also find many excellent biking trails on either end, at Red Lodge, and Cooke City.
